I absolutely loved the workouts. They're easy to do, very effective & they aren't long. The eating plan was easy to get accustomed to. Sometimes I slipped & ate some stuff I wasn't supposed to, but the plan was easy to keep up with that it wasn't hard to bounce back. I weigh 163! I lost 9 lbs! I have been drinking tea 2-3 times a day & it has really helped in detoxifying my body. I'm definitely going to continue the workout plan.
