7-Day Makeover #OctoberChallengeI absolutely loved the workouts. They're easy to do, very effective & they aren't long. The eating plan was easy to get accustomed to. Sometimes I slipped & ate some stuff I wasn't supposed to, but the plan was easy to keep up with that it wasn't hard to bounce back. I weigh 163! I lost 9 lbs! I have been drinking tea 2-3 times a day & it has really helped in detoxifying my body. 4 Week Online Training ProgramThe plans you created were so well written out & so easy to follow along. You get so much done & you are able to take it to the gym. Although I've only lost 2lbs, but the way I feel and look I don't even care.The cellulite I had on the back of my thighs is almost completely smoothed out now. That was one of my areas I always felt self conscious about along with my stomach because I would always have the line going across. 7-Day Makeover #OctoberChallenge-10lbs. The plan was awesome! I loved every minute of it! The workouts were challenging & I wasn't used to them but that's what I liked the most about it! It was super fun & motivating. One doesn't have to go to the gym in order to see results. Being fit starts anywhere. I feel more conscious about my time. It is a commitment that is also a fun hobby now. I can't miss a day. It's almost an addiction.
