WORKOUT PLAN INCLUDES

4 WEEK WORKOUT PLAN

Do you struggle working out on a daily/weekly basis? Do you feel uncomfortable going to the gym? If so, my workout plan is just for you. These workouts can be done AT YOUR HOUSE, no need for any equipment needed or at the gym whichever fits in with your weekly schedule. There is a schedule that tells you what workouts to do each day. There are warm ups, cool downs, main workouts, and rest days with yoga exercises. The workouts will take anywhere from 30-45 minutes to do (depending on your activity level). The workouts are high intensity, which has been proven to be the most effective while trying to shed some fat. These exercises will help push you physically and mentally, whether you want to lose some fat or tone up, these exercises will definitely help you.

 

WORKOUT CALENDAR

The Workout Calendar will help you stay better organized during our training. You will be able to print the calendar out and hang it on your wall to check off days that you completed. You will also be able to prepare ahead of time for your workouts since it will be on the calendar.

Tips & tricks that will help you live everyday life a lot easier while reaching your fitness goals. I will be teaching you new habits that you can attain to live an overall healthier lifestyle in the long run as well as in the short run. These tricks will come push you forward in going above and beyond to reach your ultimate goals.
