Granola Cups

HEALTHY GRANOLA CUPS!

These are so delicious & nutritious. This is a great breakfast to start your day off or make them for a snack. Granola cups are so versatile so fit them in with your 4th of July plans. Make them for your fam or bring them to your friends to help celebrate 4th of July the healthier way. These only take about 15-20 minutes to make.

Cooks 6-7 large cups or about 16 mini cups.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup applesauce or mashed bananas

1/4 cup honey

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1 1/4 cup rolled oats

1 cup Nonfat greek yogurt

Directions:

Grease a muffin tin or mini muffin tin & set aside. Whisk together the first 2 ingredients (apple sauce or banana, honey & vanilla extract). Stir together all remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine both bowls and stir until evenly mixed together. Portion batter into the muffin cups, pressing up the sides. Put the muffin tray in the refrigerator for about an hour. Then preheat the oven to 330F. Take the tin out and press the sides very firmly until even. Bake the granola cups for about 12 minutes. Take out and press the sides with a spoon to prevent any crumbling. Let it sit and air out for 20 minutes.
